New Establishment Consult (Required)

This 60-minute consultation is required for clients starting new locs. We’ll review your hair history and goals, measure hair length and head size, and assess curl pattern, density, follicles, cuticle condition, and porosity. You’ll receive method recommendations, maintenance expectations, and a pricing quote.

Methods may include: Sisterlocks™/Microlocks (interlocking), braidlocs, two-strand twist locs, and instant/crochet locs.

Pricing is determined by: head size, hair length, density, hair type, cuticle condition, and porosity.
Length Pricing: Package includes the first 4 inches. $100 per additional inch beyond 4 inches.

Next Steps: If you move forward, we will place 8–12 test locs, confirm your package price, collect your deposit, and schedule your establishment date. Sisterlocks™ installs require a minimum two-week wait period.

Consultation Fee: $100 (non-refundable).
$75 may be applied toward your establishment package if completed within 90 days. If you do not move forward, the consultation fee is not refunded.

Transfer Consult (Required)

During your Transfer Consultation, we’ll review your loc journey and goals, complete a loc count to establish pricing, and assess your loc condition. You’ll receive a quote for your initial retightening based on your loc count and current condition.

Consultation Fee: $100 (non-refundable).
$75 may be applied to your retightening if you move forward at the same appointment. If you do not move forward, the fee is not refunded.

Loc Extensions Consultation (Required)

This consultation is required for all loc extension services (added length or repairs). Consultation time varies based on your needs and typically averages up to 3 hours. We’ll review your loc history and goals and assess whether extensions are appropriate for your hair and scalp.

Assessment includes:
• Loc count + current length measurements +desired length
• Loc integrity, density + tension points

We will discuss:
• Extension options (length or repairs)
• Size and Color matching
• Maintenance expectations
• Hair sourcing (client provided locs from approved vendor or in-house locs)

You’ll receive a customized plan and quote based on loc count and length requested

If you move forward, we will confirm your plan, collect a $1500 deposit to hold your service date, and schedule your appointment.

Consultation Fee: $300 (non-refundable).
$200 may be applied toward your extension service if completed within 30 days. If you do not proceed, the fee is not refunded.

Deposit Policy: The $1500 deposit is non-refundable and holds your service date. One reschedule is allowed within 30 days with 48+ hours’ notice; otherwise a new deposit is required.
