Gracefully Twisted provides professional hair services including loc establishment, loc maintenance, loc extensions, and related services. Service results vary based on hair type, hair history, maintenance, and aftercare compliance.

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and service requirements.

Intake forms are required for certain services.
Submitting an intake form does not guarantee an appointment until your request is reviewed and confirmed.

If you are unsure which service to select, we recommend requesting a consultation.

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive communications from Gracefully Twisted related to:

• appointment scheduling and confirmations

If you are not satisfied with your service, you must notify Gracefully Twisted within 48 hours of your appointment and allow us the opportunity to review and, if appropriate, correct the issue.
Resolution may include a service adjustment, replacement, or other remedy at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
By booking services, you agree to allow Gracefully Twisted the opportunity to resolve any concerns before initiating chargebacks, disputes, or legal action.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in:

• reduced service time
• rescheduling
• a late fee (if applicable)

If you are significantly late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding:

• hair history (chemical services, color, relaxers, damage)
• scalp concerns or sensitivities
• previous loc work or extensions
• home maintenance practices

Failure to disclose relevant hair history may impact results and service eligibility.

Gracefully Twisted is not a medical provider. We do not diagnose medical conditions.

If you have any of the following, you may be asked to reschedule and/or seek medical care prior to service:

• open wounds
• infections
• severe irritation
• contagious scalp conditions

Results vary by individual. While we strive for excellent outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results due to factors including:

• hair density and texture
• existing damage
• scalp condition
• at-home maintenance and aftercare
• previous work performed by other providers

Clients may be asked to provide photos for consultation or intake purposes. Photos are used to evaluate service needs and plan appointments.

By submitting photos, you confirm you have the right to share them and consent to their use for internal service planning.
